This web site is dedicated to all Milpitas
Firefighters and firefighters throughout the world who have
died as a result of their services provided in the line of
duty. We welcome all visitors to browse through our pages.
This site has been designed to provide information to our members
and the public about the operations and services of our proud
Union. Milpitas Firefighters IAFF Local 1699 represents all
66 plus uniformed members of The City of Milpitas Fire Department.
The department covers an area of over 12 square miles with
4 fire stations. The proud men and women of Milpitas Firefighters
Local 1699 risk their lives daily to provide structural and
wildland fire fighting, technical rescues, paramedic services
and hazardous material response to the citizens and guests
of Milpitas.
We are all fully aware of the extreme danger
that comes with our chosen profession as Milpitas Firefighters.
We accept it wholehearted and are proud and honored to have been
chosen to serve this outstanding community. We thank you for
